Missed the call from tier 2 officer + received an automated message saying “answer Y if you’re available” and answered it as soon as I saw it. Has anyone experienced similar situation?
I’ve been expecting a call this week from tier 2 officer as I have been told by tier 1 officer. I missed the call and received a text checking my availability. after replying the text, I received another message that I will be called shortly but didn’t receive any other call afterwards. This is about missing AP document so will follow up on Monday again, but please share if you experiencef anything similar. thanks!

hey @eb3 skilled did you get your AP finally? Mine never got delivered and seems to be lost too, but I'm caught in the frustrating loop of service requests that never get answered :(
