My brother missed his also, due to not receiving the notice early, we called and they said they’ll reschedule. we called again to know where were we scheduled for but that said we were in line.

i have seen that people go to the office and show the notice its fast and they take them on the spot

@Elsa Carvajal yeah, I heard the same thing but I don’t have no notice to show. can’t even print from online. they were the ones to tell me date and time when I called them 😑

@A Borges I missed mine Jan 2,2024 and I’m still waiting! tried a walk in that didn’t work either. currently waiting next week will be 60 days of waiting! I called so many times and even requested to be contacted by tier 2 agent, got the call back and still no rescheduling date

I just talk to tire 2 officers to reschedule my biometrics appointment she said the notice will be send with new date and time once it’s available but don’t know how long it will take
