I checked my electronic form under view PDF section and realized my current spouse is showing date marriage end; this section should be blank because spouse 1 is your current spouse,which is beneficiarie. i was wondering if this is printing error from USCIS where it incorrectly pick up the information from online form section where you enter petitioner’s last marriage end. same error applies for beneficiaries current spouse section. where the current spouse is the petitioner but marriage end date is pick up from online form where you entered beneficiaries previous marriage end date.

@Ivan Garcia Its the way the online form is worded. On the section about your current marriage it ask when did your previous marriage end. You should have left it blank. I did the same thing and input the end date of my previous marriage not knowing it was still pertaining to my current marriage. They should really change the wording because I can see how people can get that question confused. I end up just sending a message through the portal letting them know to remove the end date on my marriage and that we’re still currently married.
