minuim time period for case 1 -140 approval
90 days have passed since i submitted i-140 form but it still my case status is case was received
any idea how much time should i wait further?

Sadly no one knows, average wait is 6 months. The only way to guarantee a quick response is to use premium processing.

How long you wait actually depends on your luck if you don't use premium processing. Mine took 19 months but I have seen others got approved in less than a month and some approved after 24 months. I would have used premium processing if it was available at the time. Good luck!

My case received an RFE after 10 months upon submission. I responded within the 3-months period they gave me, and received a response within 3 weeks after I sent it. So basically it took 14 months.
Every case is very different. I know it’s hard, but being patient is key to this process.

It really depends I have known some for years so it would be advisable if you have the money do the premium
