I agree with you… I had my interview on Dec 12th 2022. AOS. I haven’t received my green card yet… almost 6 months.. this is ridiculous… I submitted my application on March 2021…

@Denise K my interview was just yes and no question not about my marriage really I and my spouse have been married for 4 years and we have child together my spouse was only asked one question if she still work at the same place

Minnesota FO is one of the slowest in the country. my case has been transferred to msp since Dec 2022 and no update. my PD is oct 18, 2021.

@faith in God 🥲 thanks for the info. Wish I had some helpful advice to share. As @y J says, maybe contact them if you haven’t heard anything back within 90 days. The waiting and the not knowing is indeed frustrating. Hang in there!

@faith in God 🥲 my FO Minneapolis. I was told in my interview same thing that you. Then they gave us a withe paper 📝 which said your case is being held for review… but I’m waiting. I called uscis, inquiries but they say.. my case is normal processing times.. 29.5 months so far…

@Zhar KS I asked my lawyer.. He said my application is within time ( processing time AOS in Minneapolis is 29.5 months) this is what he said.. that we are not gonna get a good response coz my application is within time.. he already sent an adjudication request.. so waiting again…

@D!3€0 Jon mandamus is your best shot right now the good thing is that you gonna get 10years also get a good lawyer to do it for you, you don’t have to wait for 29.5 month you have waited enough already.

@D!3€0 Jon i-485 is 29.5 months but i-130 has a shorter processing time. Is it possible to use your partner's i-130 to file a mandamus?
