@Rickey J my marriage over 3 years now .. I sent my medical on Feb/17/2023 .. I submitted 4 service requests to see if they received it but they always responded that my case is pending within the normal processing times.. finally they updated my status to RFE received after 100 days .. it’s been 15 days now since they updated the status and nothing yet just waiting and counting more days

I sent my in April 10 , and I have been scheduled for an interview

@savyac 14 Really they received mine on April 3 no response still. I am on F1 visa right now and have to apply for stem extension but not sure whether I should expedite or wait for 485 to be approved ?

@savyac you mailed your medicals after RFE was issued and they still scheduled you for interview?? please I’m just curious because I felt when they tell you to mail your medicals to an address provided it means ur interview s been waived. because I called uscis I was told my interview has been waved sconce sept last year. I ll appreciate your response thank you

@roro wow, 100 days, tot it’s not supposed to take time after being asked for medicals….. we just have to remain patient and hopeful

lol 176 days since they received my medical and I’m still waiting smh
