did u send local office or nbc ? my they ask local office so after receiving in 2 week 485 aproved

Impossible to know. They requested my medicals and I sent to them in July 2023 and so far nothing changed.

todo caso es diferente hay personas que se la aprueban de una vez y sin entrevista y algunas Duran muchisimo y tambien le mandan cita para entrevista yo mande mis papeles medico y lo recibieron Nov 15 y todavia no ha cambiado nada....

in my case, they responded within a month.

@GC approved after long wait did you send it to nbc or local office? and did they respond with an approval or interview notice?

I sent it to my lawyer. USCIS responded with decision.

@ Zara a a they recived 2/3/24 and aproved 2/16/24 mail card me on 3/1/24 . I know they recived besause of traking number .

@bobby patel did your case (485) was all the time on local field ? when you apply for vawa ? or they had to talsfer it after vawa approved ?
