please what is your advice if I followed my lawyers advice by not sending my medicals with my packet? Do I do it, find my service center and mail it even without getting an RFE?

I disagree. If you didn’t send it with your papers it might get lost if you send it without an rfe. But if you haven’t send your documents yet, then send altogether for sure. My lawyer also told me not to send it with the initial papers and I regret it. It will definitely be faster if you send altogether.

when I filed my paperwork my lawyer said don’t send it wait until they ask. 1 month after filing I get RFE for medical and I do believe it set the case back.

@Faithful God I called and send it to NBC where my file was at that moment, FO Houston,TX interview waived.

@favor me👩🏽💼 You are very lucky! I sent mine last month to Boston Field Office and it’s been 3 weeks but no acknowledgment of them receiving it. I am anxious.

@Meeeeeee Youuuu I would not send it. Wait until you receive an RFE. The medical exam can get lost and not go with your case if you send it right now. If you receive an RFE and send it then, your case will be approved faster.
