I’d go on the USCIS website to find a civil surgeon (Google USCIS find civil surgeon), enter your zip code and ask one by one how much an immigration exam costs and make a list (don’t think anyone would take insurance if you had it, so be prepared to pay out of pocket. that’s what I did and I think I only paid like $100. once you find the cheapest one, call them back with your vaccination records you got from your home country, go thru the list with them and ask what vaccines you’re missing if you don’t have any vaccination records and you’re unable to obtain a copy of them you might need to get all required vaccines before your appointment (they’ll explain what vaccines you need and if they don’t tell you just call another office), they told me over the phone what I’m missing along with their price). DO NOT pay the clinic to do the vaccines, they’ll rip you off.. instead, write down the list of vaccines you need and call your county health department, explain that you’re missing some vaccines for immigration purposes and make an appointment. My health department only charged me $5 for the 3 vaccines I need whereas the clinic would have charged me hundreds. (I think CVS and Walgreens even does them)… if you need a lot of vaccines they might put you on some sort of schedule to give them to you over time. hope that helps and you’re able to save money like I was! 😄

For some vaccines you can just go to Duane Ride/Wallgreens… and get them without prescription (I did it for two vaccines I was missing)

You have to check USCIS’s website for USCIS civil surgeons in your area. You cannot attend another doctor, other than the one listed on the USCIS website. I would schedule your appointment fast.

hello all, thanks for your help. surgeons I called were charging $350-$450. I found one with $175. I was looking to save money. it’s expensive.
