Medical RFE
I have submitted my medical concurrently with other documents ( I-485, I-765, I-131), when I submitted my file to USCIS. now my question is will they send me RFE for medical again even though I haven’t gone out of USA?? Thank you

medical is only good for two years. are you eb3 skilled or Unskilled that seems like a long time

medical is only valid for 2-years. chances are you might get an RFE

i sent my medical together with other documents as well on october 2022 and still got RFE for medical on march 2023 and sent medical again. haven’t heard anything after i sent my rfe medical even though it’s more than 60 days. (eb3 unskilled )

In April, I submitted my response to a RFE regarding the medical examination. In September, I had my interview and asked the officer if he had received my medical exam; he said yes. However, in October, they requested my medical exam again
