Hi everyone. Our application for I-485 change of status is employment based for me and my Wife. 1st our case was transferred to the National Benefit centre , Lee's summit, MO. on 22 June 2022. then on July 18 2022 we have received a RFE notice that we have to submit our I-693 via priority mail for final decision, which we did send it via priority mail and was delivered on the 29th of July 2022 according to the tracking number.. it also says in the letter : Although processing times cannot be guaranteed, if you seek completion of your case by the end of this fiscal year (Sept. 30, 2022), we strongly encourage you to submit your complete Form 1-693 as soon as possible via express mail. Does that mean our interview has been waived? anyone had anything similar happen to them? and what can the expected time.be for a response? case status still only shows that its been transferred to other office. #rfe

My rfe for medicals stated the same thing. I have mail rfe via FedEx priority mail and it was delivered. I am just patiently waiting for the approval.

South Africa is always current.

south aftica falls under Rest of the world so it’s not current. look at the visa bulletin and you’ll see. look at final action dates

no. your priority date is 18 nov 2019. that’s around 6 months after 8th may 2019. if the priority date becomes current in the October visa bulletin then expect your case to get approved. if not then it’s just a waiting game

I literally provided an oficial link from dhs website but which Literally states the final action dates. it’s impossible to get a gc before your priority unless uscis has allocated a visa number before hand which is extremely rare. if that was the case Bruce tou dumb f*uck, people from India and china would not have to wait decades to get a f*cling green card. now I suggest your take your dumbass self out of this app before you confuse more people. you literalpicece of shit

@christian yes sir. transfer to nbc means after processing but if your priority date is not current you will have to wait a little longer. if that was the case, like I said people from India and China would not have to wait decades for thei dates to be current.

yes, your case is at the field office you sent your medical to. and your interview will most probably be waived if it’s not at your local field office.
