@Tddf kgt I made a service request on April 06, on May 05 My case got transferred to California from NBC. On May 09 they confirmed receipt of the inquiry and right after I have the RFE on May 13. @Yas I thanks for the information.

@P D Still don’t receive it. But my lawyer received the cortesey copy two days after and they advise me to send the response using the cortesey copy of the RFE

got it, do you mean they received it around two days after it was registered as an RFE on the portal (May 13th) which is May 15th?I should check with my petitioner as well.

@P D Well, the date on the RFE is may 15 and the lawyer send it to me the same Monday May 15. I don’t know how they get it that fast. By the way I received mine yesterday May 19. Likely 7 days after the RFE registered on the portal

haha amazing. I managed to get mine(physical letter) as welll this week and just drafted a response. did you get a receipt of RFE response acknowledgement from USCIS yet? I’m curious on how long I should expect this to take.

@P D Yes, I have this update today after contacting Emma. They told me that they couldn’t give me an update but after some minutes the status changes in RFE received.
