@Faithful God This is very common. They may acknowledge after weeks or months. No need to worry

@Faithful God If the tracking says it is delivered, you are just fine

you can chat with a live agent and ask them if it was actually received. but usually it takes time to update the status, sometimes they don't even update it.

this happened to me! it took 1 month to update they got it

@Shan Bet Well…….the problem is that Boston Field Iffice is at 02203 yet it was delivered at 02114 with a signature of an individual. So confusing. This is another reason why I want a confit from them.

@Faithful God Well if the doctor is willing to give you the sealed envelopes without charging again, send one more time. If you live in Boston, you can hand deliver

@Faithful God i am not surprised. use usps only if have to send to po box. Others don't deliver to po boxes. those usps drivers are high most of the times

My FO was Boston too and I sent my response to the RFE that include my medical last June 28 through USPS certified mail. I didn't get an acknowledgment when they received my RFE but I did upload a copy of my response through my USCIS account. Then on July 7, my status changed to Case Actively Reviewed then I got my approval the next day.

@Omer d Mine hasn’t updated since my case got transferred to Boston Office from NBC. When they were at NBC, it was updating.

@Faithful God my field office is Boston but Boston sent it to Memphis, Tn for faster processing although I am still waiting 😓

@tifozo juventinu without signature is better? I think since my packet was delivered with signature, they may set my mail somewhere other than pile of mails. What do you think?

@tifozo juventinu UPS better than FedEx….??? I was going to do without signature this time because that may caused this trouble not getting acknowledged by Boston Field Office.

@Jema I I don’t have options to upload anything because I did not file I-130. I am a widow to US citizen and I could not file that. Hopefully, my green card gets approved before 9/30/23

@i l Did you send medical to the field office? You are in a same boat. our cases are sitting at non local field offices.

@i l yes I sent to to Memphis. my I-485 is going to it 2 years tomorrow 🫠 my I-130 was approved 7 months ago
