every civic surgeon cost is different but 350$+ walk with proof of all vaccines, immunizations… including flu shot etc. once you have all those you may only pay the visit & document fees. good luck

@Kings Kay all of my vaccines for school purposes I brought it with me when I went to see civil surgeon. From there the Dr.’s will determine other vaccines you needed.

@Kings Kay For the cost, I had to call different civil surgeons office and compare the price. I went to the cheapest one. I ended up paying $250 that includes all my visits.
