my case is marked as rfe response received on Feb 11 and my Pd is march2022.. after that no updates, I called USCIS today and they were like we need atleast 60 days

After USCIS receives your medical RFE response, approvals can come pretty fast if that was the only thing holding the case back. On 24th January 2026 I send my medical to my local field office Long Island Nassau county and today is 2nd February 2026 it’s been like one week no update on my I-485 but when I check usps tracker it’s say delivered

l believe on USPS tracker . rest apps are delayed.
