Depends on what category you are... if it's employment based, you have 95% of chance that your interview is waived.

If background check is already completed, your words may come true. Again don’t believe in all those statements. I got an RFE to respond before Sep 27, 2021 to utilize the GC number form last FY. No update until now even then I submitted directly at FO on Sep 24. They will push you and they will take their sweet time. Good luck!!
