I have sent mine almost a year ago and no response

If you haven’t received an acknowledgment of rfe at this point, you should reach out to them. I believe they are supposed to acknowledge rfe response within 30 days.

@N K They generally say to call them 60 days after sending the medicals to get further information.

Talked with live agent and they said it’ll take them 60 days from the received date to update status, not from the sent date. I’ll talk to them again if theres no update next week, which will be more than 60 days after received date.

@gabka tth How did you know they lost it? I was promised that tier 2 agent would call in 3 days but it’s been 2 weeks and nothing.
