MEDICAL REPORTS 4 DEPENDATS
Hello-
Please help. My dependents and I did medical exams together around May 2023. I already submitted their medical reports together with mine in even though their 485 forms were not submitted by then. However , I have just submitted their forms this week. Should I expect the USCIS still keep their medical reports or they’ll need my dependents to do medical exams again? Thanks in advance!

@Wiz K You can request the same civil surgeon if they can provide you fresh copy of sealed medical exams.
Civil surgeon signatures are valid for two years.
As you just submitted 485 for all your dependents, just wait for the RFE from USCIS, and then you can send sealed medical exams.

Thanks guys. I was told the same by a live agent. To wait for them until the sent RFE if need be
