Medical I-693
Does Class B condition on I-693 create any problems later on? I tested positive on TB- blood test. However the chest X-ray came out clear with no trace of TB. The doctor marked Class B condition on overall findings. Is that a problem?

No issues if chest X-ray is ok. I had same situation but dr. still wrote no class B as this is just latent TB not active. Whatever class B should never be a problem . Mostly it might add a few more days. Good luck!

i tested positive too and my X-ray came back negative. so basically it’s called latent TB( non active) and they sent me to the Health department for a check up. They will propose you an optional treatment that you can deny if you want to and they will give you a letter that you’ll bring back to your civil surgeon stating that everything is ok.

if you've had TB vaccine as a kid, initial test will come out +ve mostly. You should be fine.

No vaccination interferes only with skin teast NOT the blood test. Anyways as it is already discussed here it will not be an issue.

@S G, did you get GC approval? I have the same condition (overall Class B condition, and Class B latent TB condition), and am worrying.
