Medical Form
Hello! I am waiting for my case since June 2022, I already submitted i-130 i-485 BUT I haven’t sent my doctor form, they sent me an email for RFE (in December 2022) and still waiting for the decision/ my doctor form is ready now but I dont know if i can send it to USCIS, someone told me that if I send the form when they never ask me for that my email would be returned to me. i will really appreciate it if you can guide me. Thanks.

what do the email for RFE in December 2022 say?

I believe you need to send a new form of medical report, you can’t use the old one.

@al bett my doctor said the form lasts one year, I did it in February this year so I still have time i guess

but USCIS never sent me anything for the medic form yet. so i was wondering if i can send it right now
