medical exam
Hello, I had my I-485 interview yesterday I went there and it went fine. The officer was asking questions and she told me if I brought a new medical form because my previous one it’s expired and I said oh no I didn’t know that and she was like it’s OK you just have to go at your previous surgeon and have them reprint and just resign that form and just mail it to me asap. That’s what I did today but the date on that form is from 2023 but the signature date is from today from 2025 and I’m wondering if that’s a problem?
has anyone had a similar situation ???

I think you need to get new medical exam maybe he or she need update your medical, since your medical form was expired.

@david. You need to do a new one because the same thing happened to me. They have added to the test, and some of the ones I did in 2023 are no longer required, such as COVID-19. l did a new required test and the ones that are valid from my old test like appetites B and co were added from my old test so I didn't have to pay for those again so I only paid $290. I collected it 3 days after, posted it on the collection day, and the USCIS received it 2 days after and I got approved the next day.

Also since that is what your officer said just do that and resign. Those officers are linen from each other, she knows you've already done and passed it, she doesn't want you to pay again while she asked you to reprint and resign. So do that
