MA : I just paid $750 total yesteday for that stupid medical because my TB spot result is positive so I have to pay extra for Chest X-ray. u are lucky only paid $400

4 years was an exception for approvals til Oct 2021. after that went back to 2 years. I received medicals RFE mid November cause it was more then 2 years

yes, it was more then 2 years, I had to do medicals again. and yes, I had to include COVID vaccine

can medical exam be submitted without an RFE? i.e didn’t submit along w 485. and can it be mailed directly to uscis?

u have to wait until USCIS send you letter of deficiency
