Question: My medical submitted via I693 are now 2 years old. Are they expired ? Do I need to to another medical? Will I get RFE?
Can you please share your experience if been through this case?

When is your filing date ? Nov 2022 ? in that case it’s not 2 years yet. If USCIS think medical has expired then they will issue RFE.

@R K If your PD is Nov 2022, I think by the time your date comes your Medicals might get expired, unless final action dates move to 2023 Jan in October bulletin which seems to be highly unlikely based on people from.2019 still waiting and portings from Eb2

medical expires 2 years from the date signed by your pysician.

yes sir. I replied. and I got Green Card in 3 weeks. just see my latest post. Thankyou for following up. I pray for all of you should get it soon .
