can someone tell me after they send their medical after how long their case status was updated or saying they received the RFE cuz they received mine on Thursday I’m waiting for the case status to change I want to know how long I’ll have to wait

okay I’ll see what happens on Monday because I already have my interview and i130 approved the same day but they couldn’t approve the 485 with the medical

I had my interview on the 19th of April the approved the i130 and she asked me to send the medical so she can go ahead and decide on the i485 the next day she sent the rfe for the medical

@AJ AJ is it good to do both? my mail got delivered (from the tracking number) but no update on the website to say they got my medical. would you recommend to upload the medical online as well.

it’s been 8 days y’all still no update but when I track the package it says delivered since last week Thursday at 10am

@Ruohan Li I woudnt as they state they need the medical in a closed envelope woudnt want you risking your application

@Katie wilder okay good to know. the website updated to “response to RFE received” after 3 business days.
