physical exam, blood test for tb, gonorhea, hiv, etc.

For me around $750 not included vaccinated because they sent me to primary doctor and use insurance. I have to do chest x-ray and got results after a week ago.

for me 500 excluding the vaccine which I did at walgreen I only took the blood test ,flu shot and the rest at the clinic
