maybe this will help someone, i applied after my husband passed away. i was looking for any information before applying and couldn’t find anything, i wanted to share my timeline and experience.
Hi my name is Romina, I applied for my i751 after my husband passed away on very early years of his life. when he passed away i had my 2 years green card, i was looking for any information or similar situation but looks like not a lot of people share their experiences trough their hard time. I applied waiver with Lawyer but I started to collect all information by myself. I sent all proofs that we lived together when this happened and i wrote a latter about my situation. please feel free to ask if someone has similar situation.
