My RFE Medical was received at the Miami office on September 7th (verified by FedEx). On September 25th, my case was transferred to MSC. I never received any notification from USCIS that they received the evidence. Today marks 61 days waiting for a decision.

For me march 1st medical Rfe recieved and June10th actively reviewing till date.

A person wrote somewhere - he researched on 800 cases with similar situations and most of them were approved within 30 days. Those folks with 30 days approval have probably stopped using lawfully and leftover are the ones whose timeline goes beyond 30 days to years.

@Lena EB1-A Which office is your case at? Mine is at the National Benefits Center, and I've been waiting for the same amount of time, 61 days. I also don't have any information about my response.

My case was initially in Miami when they requested the RFE for medical documents. On September 7, my response arrived, as confirmed by FedEx. Then, on September 25, I received a notification that my case had been transferred to the NBC for speeding processing. I hope that my medical response was attached to my I-485 before they transfer it.

Has there been any update? My case was transferred to Newark, and it has been 68 days since my exams were received. I still haven't received a response for my employment-based I-485.@Lena EB1-A @Vu Thanh

By the way, when you sent your medicals again, did you send a fresh I-693 or just a copy? Curious to know. Also, if you're up for it, I'd love to hear the story behind why you decided to resend.
