you don’t need an ssn, every state in America know this. all you need to do is make a copy of your visa and a copy of your I-94 which is arrival record, attach these documents with your marriage application to the court.

yes it’s very strange but al in all the OP should go with her passport /visa and I94 or any other identification together with the spouse in the office and not rely on the online information entirely
