marriage with US CITIZEN
I had legal marriage with my spouse back in November 2019.now it’s 2024 still my case is pending i130 pending and i485 I missed the interview then requested uscis to rescheduled.I never got back anything updated till present 30 of March.recived a notice for rfe from ford office to submitted all documents for bona fide marriage Back in January 2023 I sent them within 7 days of notice but no update from that time .i had a new born daughter too.I am seeking for help please help me with some advice thanks

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

definitely sue at this point. assuming you’ve gone through congressmen etc at this point

I missed my interview because I had arrested then I plead not guilty I requested to reschedule so that I would get my interview with the disposition letter from court.i have that in hand already but not received any response from uscis filed office since 2021 …SM
