Marriage Life
my marriage is a bonified marriage and everything we submitted our papers like this I filed my I-130 application with all legal documents necessary last week of March 2023 and they received my I-130 petition April 3rd 2023 and on May 16th 2023 they said they are actively reviewing it when do I expect to get the approval !? it's been 9 months since April 3rd 2023!?

@robbie ballouta what’s your priority date? USCIS usually takes 9-13 months to process active I-130.

@Dhan Ghalley my priority date and the received date were the same day April 3rd 2023 so is that good news if so tell me alittle bit of hopeful news

hii Have you applied on US citizen or are you permanent resident because I have applied for my husband on base because I am green card and he applied on January 22nd 2023 and after 6month July 2023 I received the status their activity review ..How long to take time they approved??

they are moving faster this year u could be approved any time. I heard many approved in under 6 months who filed this year . mine was 7 months nvc super fast like less than 15 days only delay was my hubby waiting on police clearance n now waiting on appt

@Dhan Ghalley I hope they approve faster cuz my Pd April 3,2023 been actively reviewing since April 3,2023 was told they reassigned from Nebraska to Potomac have not had any changes except taking longer than expected since about 4-5 months now
