Marriage, Couple, Fiance life and questions regarding K-1 process, biggest concerns
Overall life can be hectic, overwhelming or just outright impossible. Lawfully has always seemed like a helpful place and hopefully others out there can agree. Together we can ask questions and find answers about what's to be asked for solutions, THANKS

Thanks for inquiring it seems they are looking for convincing evidence of marriage and a history of petitioners in the USA. I am assuming if approved they will move on to the beneficiary. I submit a no marriage history and a government background check. When originally was submitting paperwork, I had asked before about the process from a private experienced company locally who helps with immigration services. They informed me that it used to only be 6-8 months before the pandemic. Now expected wait times are 1 year and even 15 month or more for the California office, much longer than before.
