Marriage certificate invalid
Hi guys , I am from Indian ( Delhi ) actually this is my sister in law case , her case i130 was approved back in June, and she is on NVC stage and they rejected her marriage certificate by saying it's invalid, I don't know is that so , it was issued by govt office , there is no specification what is invalid in that , can you guys please advise what can be done in this , specially Indians who already DQ completed.

Make sure it’s the decree absolute and speak to a lawyer before resubmitting

@D P via chat they it's processing normally, case is actively being reviewed, since 5 month now it's says taking longer than expected

I had the same problem, you need one govt certified marriage certificate, one local Kazi office certificate in local language and the local language one in English with notary.
