Marriage based or Employement based?
hello, I will get married with a U.S. citizen in a few months. I am in PERM process and will probably be resulted in December. My priority day is 2/10/2023 ROW (EB3). what do you think guys. should I apply for marriage based GC or should I continue with EB3?

Doesn’t hurt to keep your EB going and also try the marriage one. Afterall, the marriage based green card is one of the benefit and blessing from your marriage. The EB can take longer and unpredictable. Worse case you switch back to your EB if the marriage takes a funny turn which I hope it doesn’t. Speak to a seasoned attorney that knows about the two kinds of GC process

you can actually submit both petition. and whichever one gets approved first you can be on (if current). However, I will advise you go through EB petition it will mean you did it based on your merit, except your spouse to be wont give you issues of you go through FB.

life has been uncertain, man. so, i woukd like to suggest to stick with EB .
