I'm writing to everyone about any case that you have pending. Please take the time to write your local congressman about your pending USCIS case. We need to put pressure on this system. Look up your local congressman, they should have a web page where you can discuss an issue. Choose immigration or anything close and give a brief description of your case. Include your case #. We need to band together to create change. SPREAD THE WORD! Do this today lets help each other out.

are you sure you can have more than one EAD? I wasn’t aware of that. can you update this thread once you receive the second EAD?

You can ask your immigration lawyer the Newest EAD taking over the older one.

There’s no rule saying you can’t apply for 2 different EAD when filing separate petitions but it might trigger some issues such as getting two different alien numbers, etc. You shouldn’t need to request 2 separate EAD though, once you get your green card you would dismiss them anyways.

do they ask you about asylum on marriage based interview, if you have both pending asylum and marraige Petition?
