Marriage Based Green Card
Hello everyone, will the field office do the final adjudication for I-485 (Interview Waived) or will they send the file back to NBC who will send the approval letter?

@Sahil Patel after the review they will send it back to nbc for the decision.. mine was at Brooklyn FO for almost 12 months then my approval came from nbc and when I called the contact center they said filed office can only make the decision if you attend an interview

@Sahil Patel regarding to the same agent my file was transferred on June/27/2023 and I got approved on the 4th of July
I received my card today
