marriage based green card; had submitted case in 2018 got denied in 2024after 2 interviews and uscis home visit. resubmitted again and new case started processing in September 2024(11th sep 2024).
#anyone with similar case and approval timeline?

@Kingsley B we had a stokes interview in 2019 we were interviewed 90 mins each separately and it all went well but my wife went to the car after her interview and fell asleep as she was sick at that time.
secondly I had co-signed a lease for my brother who name is syed hasan which is almost identical to mine. so at the uscis field visit they visited my home and my brothers apartment’s leasing office and hence denied in April 2024based on their research!
They did issue a NOID in Jan 2023 to which we replied and they denied the case in April 2024!
both me and my wife were devastated; since we never thought we will go through all this but we accepted it as our fate and filed again with new hope and better preparation!

@hasan syed I had the same issue with them and now I started a lawsuit because they didn’t take care of my case how was supposed to be and others mistakes . find a lawyer that can work with Law Sue Mandamus, APÁ and it will help you .
