Marraige based EAD approved Alhamdulillah
My EAD got approved today. PD September 7, 2021. My service center is NBC but I don’t know why it says Potomac for my I765.
I had a job offer but my first expedite request was rejected.
I put in the second expedite request through my congressman and the expedite request was approved in the morning. In the evening, I got a status update that my card is being produced.
My advice to everyone is to be patient and trust your Creator. I was unemployed for the past 9 months. It is a stressful process but patience and perseverance will bear it’s sweet fruit.

When you received your approval from the Congress rep; did it say “This case will be routed for expedited processing.”

that’s awesome. I also applied two days ago and hoping to approve fast.
I submitted the reason of medical residency job position and beneficiary cardiac bypass surgery needed help.

My reason was severe financial loss. They asked for a job offer letter as an evidence. As my wife is preparing for her medical licensing exams, we did not have any major stream of income.
