No...been waiting since March 15th, 2023! nothing

Several inquiries sent and they say we haven't received your application yet

April approval send docs to NVC

Guys what is the problem some peaple i know they recieve the welcome letter in 24 hours

So apparently there is a huge backlog for March/April NOA2 approvals. I contacted NVC several times for 60 days and they said they didn't get my approved petition from USCIS yet. I called USCIS on Monday and they told me that they shipped it out on May 12, 2023. My NOA was on March 16th, 2023. So it took USCIS almost 2 months just to ship to NVC. Your best bet is to call USCIS and see if they shipped your approved petition to the NVC. Otherwise, you'll have to keep sending inquiries to NVC

@u s I have sent several inquiries and still the same and those that get in days are NOT K 1 visa

@K J From what I read as of Monday they are working on applications received May 8th

To check if your petition has been shipped to NVC yet, please contact USCIS via telephone. Call them at (800) 375-5283, when it asks what you need help with, say "infopass" , this will get you to a live agent

it's Monday and no letter now on 67 days

@Jackie B. did you call USCIS? NVC got back to me today and they received my petition and are working on creating a case. I should have a case number within 10 or so days

@KJ how did u speak to someone .....I can't even get a live person ! They just hang up on me
