@Artur D for which form ? we did for i140 because almost 2 years there was no answer, it was denied . may be if there is less descritionary in your process it gonna work well .

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
