Mandamus of Writ in Progress
I’m gathering all the paperwork for my attorney as he’s now working on the writ of mandamus. I’ve contacted the congressman, senator, ombudsman, inquiry through USCIS, tier 2 officer.. Everyone is useless… When you’re in that security check black hole the only way to move your case forward is to sue them.. The senator stopped responding to my emails and doesn’t answer my phone call when they see my number.. not a very pleasant experience with the senator. the congressman was at least responsive… but yeah.. tried it all… I’ll let you know the result of the lawsuit in few months… oh yeah and ombudsman nothing as well… given up.. we’ll see what happens with the lawsuit..
