mandamus lawyer in Chicago recommendations
filed 360 and 485 on feb2018. vawa approved july 2022. 485 moved to Chicago and pending since then.
any one please recommend lawyer in Chicago area who can file mandamus

Lauren McClure at krilaw.com. they are cheap. they charge $3400 for the mandamus.

@hope courage I submitted Feb 2023. no update since then. I made infopass and asked in person. the agent said no officer have been assigned to look for your case. I felt it just sitting there collecting dust

@Daniel Ad I did 2 congressman inquiries and 1 ombudsmen. we received uscis template response saying some cases might take longer to process.
