There have been a few here that have sued the government. It usually takes 2-3 months for the government to take an action on your case. Just know that an approval is not guaranteed. You are compelling the government to that am action on your case. Also, get ready to spend atleast $6k on attorneys fees and court

have you tried reaching out to congressman and calling USCIS customer center regarding your case ? I would use this option only in case of emergency.

@William U There is an option to sue as pro se, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got helped from there.
