I am planning to file also and searching for a good lawyer, They stuck my case at remains pending for a year, PD september 2022, file adjustment nov 1, 2022, seeing cases with later priority date than mine really hurts and it’s too unbearable already, I filed service request last may 29, called USCIS they said mine is outside normal processing, and thinking everday that I will experience the retrogression again knowing my case is current since April, everything is on hold youre mental health, seeing your family and good opportunity.
