@Ak . brother, one attorney’s opinion isn’t the whole picture. Many mandamus cases end in approval. Mandamus speeds up a decision, it doesn’t create a reason to deny.

@Ak . A mandamus doesn’t increase your chances of denial. It simply asks USCIS to make a decision. Any approval or denial must be based on the merits of the case, not because someone filed a mandamus.
