how do you know if the interview is waived ?

multiple emma chats and calls confirmation. it could well again be sent for interview, but for now it’s waived

@Bo s so what kind of questions do you ask to get an answer about interview waiver ? because when I ask them this question they refuse to tell me if my interview is waived. mine is in non local field office. does calling help better than Emma chat ?

yes. calling is always better than chat. I usually ask, If my interview is marked as waived and they will confirm.

got an api update yesterday. got a reply from senator that Manchester is now processing 1st week of June applications. so probably another couple of weeks

@Bo s oh okay. Does it mean they are processing cases transferred to them during 1st week of June ? I got a API update as well yesterday with a new FTA0 event added. Wait continues….

@Bo s No updates after the 7/15 API. I am thinking they will keep my case pending for 2 more months, despite PD current

@Pavan K we might be looking at post October after this year. I am pretty sure we will runout of numbers in 1-2 weeks from now

@Bo s Did you get any API updates ? I got a API update on 8/1. Asked Emma today if they transferred my case, they said it is still at Manchester but has not been reviewed yet. Not sure if that’s true. Did you get any updates?

I got email saying there’s an update on the case and checked the portal to see the approved status. it says NBC. no mention of FO

@Bo s Thanks for sharing. I think my case is 2-3 weeks behind. My 8/1 API update (timestamp update) maybe the same as your 7/15 API update. So have to wait it out for few more weeks.
