@sophia morse yes I did, I requested a level 2 officer and they asked me to wait for his call back. I think your case is outside processing time? why you didn't contact your senator or congressman and ask him to submit an inquiry on your behalf ?

o did contact the congressman and they did that last week I don’t hear back from them yet but they send a inquiry to uscis so waiting to see what happens

@noor Alnabulsi you should make an e request online for typographical error then upload on your uscis a letter fully explaining the mistake and the correction writing by the petitionerand signed by hand with blank ink, upload a copy of page 08 corrected, and send all the previous documents to your service center by mail, and keep with u the tracking number in case uscis doesn't see the letter you can ask them after to review it again
