Lost I-765 application , EB2-NIW
Has anyone had an experience where USCIS lost your application package? I submitted my EAD application on 4/1/24 and was delivered to TSC on 4/4/24 and I never received a receipt. Called USCIS on Friday and they said they cannot find that application on their system. They asked me to submit a new application which I did and now I wait. Has anyone been in this situation?

@F A I called the number they provided as customer care +1-800-375-5283 though you’d have to wait like 5-10minutes before they pick

update: I received my EAD receipt text today!

another update:
1. received my lost application receipt today in the mail . receipt date 4/04/24
2. received waiver for biometrics on the latest receipt. receipt date: 5/14/24
