just chatted with Emma and a Live Agent, they both told me my case was transferred to Texas Service Center. from 16 month Potomac Service Center to 13.5 months Texas Service Center. Lord you’re Great.

you have to ask simple questions to Emma. Another I did was ask for live agents and she will ask you for your receipt number
