Lord you did it for me...
I contacted congressman on the August 6 and they send me the release form on that same day, I downloaded the form print put my information in and sign and email it back to them on August 8 and August 15 they sent me an email stating the respond from Uscis a whole paragraph saying my case is within normal processing time and the earliest I can inquire about my case is January 2025 and when I go to the USCIS app it shows on August 16 we ordered you a new card.... Thanks to the almighty who else could it be but you God....

Congratulations, @Jada Jojo ! Which state are you in, and who is your congressman? I also tried contacting a Congresswoman in NY last month (in July) and submitted an inquiry asking them to expedite, but I haven't received any response yet.

Thanks guys.... I look up congressman in my area and call the contact number and tell am looking for some help with my case and the person ask for my name, address, phone number and email and told before doing do they have to send me a release form to my email for me to fill out and either email to them or send by mail... Am living upstate new york so my congressman man is Patrick K. Ryan. On the release form I have to describe my case to them..@M A and @Lord Is My Shepherd π.. @Ann Ann my pd is June 21, 2021...
