@T N I don’t understand how ppl with PD 2020 are still waiting to get their GC because retrogression started in June 2022 and I know a lot of my friends with PD 2021 got their GC already. it literally took them 12-16 months till GC in hand.

@sam young I know lots of PD 2021 already got GC in 2022 too, they may play game with this category I think? It should be in somewhere in 2021 now not until 2025.

@sam young The frustration part is people work their up to see 1 month advancement after 3 months working

@T N I have seen the pattern in past visa bulletin that they move very quickly every month like big jumps to reduce backlog. I hope to see that again soon but yes up till now movement is very slow. it’s almost stopped because of date of filing too which is so stupid because they need to understand that sponsor don’t wait that long so people at least need EAD so they can start working.

@sam young I know, I wonder what are they doing now that the advance date just 1 month every quarter, it’s meaningless to advance like this 6 months and just advance 2 months, the problem is they should stop people to apply I-485 earlier so the backlogs is not huge and they won’t spend a lot of time to resolve it.

@SC JN if miracle happens I hope we get our GC between October-January 2025
